I work at Prudential Santa Fe Real Estate as the Vice President of Marketing and Technology. I was first hired back in 2005 as the Information Technology Manager where I oversaw all the technology for the company. As the market begin to shift, I was able to apply a different set of my skills to help the company in their online marketing efforts.
Some of the goals I am most proud of accomplishing while working for Prudential are:
1) Taking our web site into the top 5 in Google and keeping it there for 4+ years.
2) Streamline and stabilize the technology of the company, saving a huge amount of money each year in server expenses, and software licensing by switching to alternative open source solutions.
3) Initiate an automated real estate syndication program, being one of the first to do so in our market.
4) Spearhead a massive social media marketing campaign, being the first to do so in our market.
5) Initiate a real estate agent web site program. Setting up real estate blogs built on WordPress, streamlining each install, consulting each agent to identify a niche, work on purchasing keyword rich domain names, training, training, TRAINING.
I am working hard to position our company to be one of the best. My focus right now is to help each of our associate brokers better their understanding of the web, and help them properly utilize the tools we make available to strengthen their personal brands and generate new streams of business online.
