I am a 5th generation native of Santa Fe; my family has been enjoying the “City Different” for hundreds of years. My family is the driving force and my inspiration for wanting to succeed in everything I set my hands to. In life, I will not settle for anything less than extraordinary. I married my high school sweet heart; she is an amazingly beautiful person and we have been blessed with 3 wonderful children. We are building and living the good life in our hometown, one brick, one memory at a time.

I will push the marketing envelope far beyond what others think is possible. I breathe innovation in online marketing. It is something I have invested countless hours researching, implementing. Real estate is the industry I am hanging my hat on, I am in it for the long haul. I am going to make it really tough for anyone to out-work or out-perform me. Entering a listing into the MLS and waiting for a buyer is NOT marketing. My background is information technology, web design and development, search engine optimization and other forms of online marketing. I utilize all these skills to help me in the real estate industry. My knowledge of Internet marketing is something that sets me apart from every REALTOR© in the area. I have a strong grasp of user focused design; goal oriented marketing, search engine optimization, and communicating effectively using the Internet. I was most recently the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Technology for one of the largest real estate companies in New Mexico before I committed full time to real estate. It has been my job for the last six years to market an inventory of over 1000 listings online for over 250 REALTORS©. To create online opportunities for the company that did not exist. We are in a new world of real estate, it’s all online, and it takes someone who can take a leap of faith into a world with seemingly no rules, and very few guidelines. It takes someone like me.
